MARILYN E. WADE, AS AN HEIR OF WILLIAM E. WADE, JR., DECEASED, et al.,

TO: THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, BENEFICIAREIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST WILLIAM E WADE, JR., DECEASED, and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDIUAL DEFENDANTS WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, SUCCESSORS, BENEFICIARIES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS,
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien on the following described property in Lee County, Florida:
Lot 103, BRIDGETOWN AT THE PLANTATION, Phase Two, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Instrument No. 2006000065850, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
has been filed against you and you arc required to serve a copy of your written defenses and answer to the amended complaint on the Plaintiff's attorney, KEITH H. HAGMAN, ESQ., The Pavese Law Firm, P.O. Box 1507, Fort Myers, FL 33902 and file the original in the offices of the Clerk of the Circuit Court within thirty (30) days after the first publication of the Notice, otherwise, the allegations of the complaint will be taken as confessed.
This notice shall be published once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in Lee County, Florida.
