COMES NOW, the Plaintiff, JOSE CARLOS VALERA ARMAS, by and through the undersigned attorney, and hereby gives notice that a civil action to: KIWI INVESTMENT LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, 5600 N.E. Trieste Way, Boca Raton, Florida 33487, has been instituted on the above action, and is now pending in the Circuit Court of the State of Florida, County of Lee, on May 11, 2023. Case No: 23-CA-006479.
1. Lot 20, Block 7, Unit 1, Lehigh Park, Sections 22 and West 1/2 23, Township 44 South, Range 26 East, Lehigh Acres, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 64, Public Records, Lee County, Florida.

You are required to serve and Answer to this action upon: Juan J. Piles, Esquire, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 4905 Chiquita Blvd. S., Suite 103, Cape Coral, Florida, on or before July 24, 2023, and file the original with the clerk of this court at Lee County Justice Center, 1700 Monroe Street, Fort Myers, Florida 33901, either before service on Plaitniff's attorney or immediately thereafter.
You must keep the Clerk of the Circuit Court's office notified of your current address. Future papers in this lawsuit will be mailed to the address on record at the clerk's office.
