NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 30th day of May 2023, and entered in Case No. 22-003835-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR LEGACY MORTGAGE ASSET TRUST 2021-GS3 is the Plaintiff and DWAYNE L. POUNCY A/K/A DWAYNE POUNCY CONNIE L. PEDROFF A/K/A CONNIE PEDROFF UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CONNIE L. PEDROFF A/K/A CONNIE PEDROFF N/K/A CONNIE PEDROFF UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DWAYNE L. POUNCY A/K/A DWAYNE POUNCY N/K/A DWAYNE POUNCY; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. KEN BURKE as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 13th day of July 2023, at 10:00 AM on PINELLAS County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK 2, MEADOW LAWN PINELLAS ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 67, PAGE 36, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER THE FUNDS ARE REPORTED AS UNCLAIMED, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
