YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a condominium lien on real property in Pinellas County, Florida, has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to PETER D. GRAHAM, ESQ. of ZACUR & GRAHAM, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney whose address is 5200 Central Avenue, St. Petersburg, Florida 33707, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition. The property proceeded against is described as follows:
Unit 56, of GULF CREST MOBILE HOME PARK, a Cooperative, according to Exhibit “A” (plot plan) and the Master Occupancy Agreement recorded in Official Records Book 8237, at Page 564 and as amended in O.R. Book 13178, Page 165, Pinellas County, Florida.
commonly known as Lot 56 GULF CREST MOBILE HOME PARK, 6985 Seminole Blvd, Seminole, Florida 33772, Parcel ID 34-30-15-34134-000-0560
TOGETHER WITH the mobile home situated thereon and all other appurtenances thereto.
