NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 16, 2023, and entered in Case No 22-004350-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein H&H Fergusons' Contracting, Inc., Plaintiff and Overture Realty, LLC, are defendants, Pinellas County, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclosure.com at 10:00 a.m., on July 10, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
13222 3rd STREET EAST, MADEIRA BEACH, FLORIDA 33708 ALSO DESCRIBED AS PAGE'S REPLAT OF MITCHELL'S BEACH BLK K, LOT 17 AND AS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN THE NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT RECORDED AT BOOK 21554 PAGE 1703 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
