NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 8, 2023, and entered in Case No. 22-005357-CI (15) of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and For Pinellas County, Florida, wherein AVAIL 1 LLC is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEE, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER MARILOU M. BABY (DECEASED) OR THROUGH THE ESTATE OF MARILOU M. BABY; JAMES W. BABY; MARY A. SANDERS; CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA AND ALL OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH OR UNDER ANY OF THE NAMED DEFENDANT AND ANY OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE REAL PROPERTY WHICH IS THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS ACTION BY AND THROUGH OR UNDER OR AGAINST THE NAMED DEFENDANTS HEREIN, are the Defendants. Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash as www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on AUGUST 3, 2023, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 18, HIGHLAND OAKS ESTATES, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 66, Page 100, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
With a street address at: 1572 Long Street, Clearwater, Florida 33755-3530
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
