Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on May 30, 2023, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
UNIT 18-101, WINDING CREEK PHASE VI, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5662, PAGES 204-320, AS AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 5778, PAGES 802 -829, AND OTHER AMENDMENTS MADE THERETO, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 73, PAGE 40 AND AMENDMENTS MADE THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2400 WINDING CREEK BLVD, Unit 18B-101, CLEARWATER, FL 33761; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on July 6, 2023 at 10:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
