NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 30, 2023 entered in Case No. 22-000568-CIof the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein 701 MIRROR LAKE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, and MARIE JOSE FORTIS AND PIERRE FORTIS are the Defendants, Ken Burke, Clerk of Court of Pinellas County, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online via the internet at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 29th day of June, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Unit 401 of 701 MIRROR AKE, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 8157, Page 1515, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 112, Pages 55 through 59, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
