NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That Pursuant to a Corrected Execution issued in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, on the 12th day of February A.D., 2018 in the cause wherein Erin Capital Management, LLC., was plaintiff(s), and William Smyth, was defendant(s), being Case No. 08-11493CO42 in the said Court, I, Bob Gualtieri as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida have levied upon all right, title and interest of the above named defendant, William Smyth AKA William Russell Smyth in and to the following described property to wit:
