Notice is given that pursuant to the Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 5/30/2023, in Case No.: 2020-CC-002594 of the County Court in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein SUNDANCE MASTER HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and ROBERTO ARRATE, et al., is/are the Defendant(s). The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., at https://www.polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes on 7/5/2023, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 23 of SUNDANCE FIELDS, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 155, Pages 1 through 3, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
