NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on May 30, 2023 and entered in Case No. 2020-CA-000538 in the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JULIA M. FIGUEROA A/K/A JULIA M. FIGUEROA-GALLARDO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JULIA M. FIGUEROA; BRENDA K. BONES-FIGUEROA; JUAN SALVADOR FIGUEROA-GALLARDO; VALERIE MILLAN-BONES, AS REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF JULIA M. FIGUEROA A/K/A JULIA M. FIGUERIA-GALLARDO; ENCLAVE AT IMPERIAL LAKES HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; OSVALDO FONSECA; UNKNOWN TENANT. are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, Stacy M.
