NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on May 17, 2023, in Case No. 2019-CA-000906 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Home Point Financial Corporation, is Plaintiff, and Robert F. Carter, IV A/K/A Robert Frank Carter, IV, Robert F. Carter, Iv A/K/A Robert Frank Carter, Iv, Midland Funding, LLC and Unknown Tenant N/K/A Jami Garcia, are Defendants, the Office of Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq., Pasco County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 A.M. on the 18th day of July, 2023, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
