NOTICE OF BUDGET WORKSHOP

Zephyr Lakes Community Development District will hold a Budget Workshop on July 11, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. at the Hilton Garden Inn, 26640 Silver Maple Parkway, Wesley Chapel, FL 33544.
The purpose of the workshop is to review the proposed operations and maintenance assessments (“O&M Assessment”) for the Fiscal Year 2023/2024 budget. The workshop is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with standard statutory guidelines. The Board of Supervisors will not take any action at this workshop. You may attend the workshop via zoom. Please check the District's website (www.zephyrlakescdd.org) for the zoom information.
A copy of the agenda and budgets may be obtained from the District Manager, via email at [email protected], Ph: (813) 565-4663, during normal business hours or from the District's website at www.zephyrlakescdd.org.
