NOTICE IS GIVEN that, pursuant to that Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 9th day of June, 2023, in Case No. 23-000203-CC, of the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, in which ANDY JUDNATH and ANDRWY JUDNATH, and KNOWN AND UNKNOWN TENANTS / OWNERS are the Defendants, will sell to the highest and best bidder in an online sale at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, in Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, July 21, 2023 the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
