NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Florida Statute 744.524 and Florida Probate Rule 5.670 that a Petition for Discharge on Change of Domicile of Resident Ward has been filed in the above-styled Guardianship proceedings with the Clerk of Circuit Court, 2000 Main Street, Sarasota, Florida 34236 (mailing address: P.O. Box 3079, Sarasota, Florida 34230) by the Guardian, Andrea Laserna.
The Petition requests that the Guardianship be transferred to the jurisdiction of the Probate Division of Saint Louis County, Missouri, in the matter of Samantha Daniels, Cause No. 23SLPR01505. The person of the Ward was previously transferred to the aforementioned Probate Division of Saint Louis County, Missouri.

Andrea Laserna will apply for discharge on July 19, 2023 at 10:00 am before the then presiding Probate Division Circuit Court Judge at the above address in Sarasota, Florida.
Any objection to discharge shall be in writing and shall state with particularity each item to which the objection is directed and the grounds on which the objection is based. Any objection to the petition for discharge shall be filed within the later of 30 days from the date of service of the petition for discharge of the date of first publication of the notice; and within 90 days after filing of the objection, a notice of hearing thereon shall be served by the objector on the Florida guardian and the foreign guardian or the objection is abandoned.
