TO ALL PERSONS OR ENTITIES HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE, OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED:
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to pursuant to the Florida Contraband Forfeiture Act has been filed by the Petitioner, Venice Police Department, on the following property in Sarasota County, Florida:
$101,315.19 IN U.S. CURRENCY
and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Daniel P. Lewis, Esq., Petitioner's attorney, whose address is 236 Pedro St., Venice, FL 34285 , on or before the date of July 24, 2023 and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the Petitioner's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
