NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Vacate the Foreclosure Sale Held on April 19, 2023 Stop the Issuance of the Certificate of Title and If Already Issued to Vacate the Certificate of Title dated the 9th day of June 2023, and entered in Case No. 19-CA-003150, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A MR. COOPER is the Plaintiff and LORRAINE B. JACKSON BAY AREA DKI A/K/A J.E.M.M. OF PINELLAS, INC WEST MEADOWS PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC CO-COUNSEL GERALD J. JACKSON A/K/A GERALD JACKSON; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. CINDY STUART as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 12th day of July 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
