NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 15, 2023, and entered in Case No. 22-CA-002688 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein PHH MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is Plaintiff and WALTER BEDWELL A/K/A WALTER L. BEDWELL IV A/K/A WALTER L. BEDWELL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WALTER BEDWELL A/K/A WALTER L. BEDWWELL IV A/K/A WALTER L. BEDWELL; KELLY BEDWELL A/K/A
KELLY M. BEDWELL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KELLY BEDWELL A/K/A KELLY M. BEDWELL; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY -
INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; LUMSDEN POINTE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TD BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder or bidders via online auction at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 1st day of August, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK D, LUMSDEN POINTE PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 89, PAGE 11, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY FLORIDA.
Property Address: 1814 Flower Branch Way, Valrico, Florida 33594
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
