NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Your interest in the estate may be barred or affected by the following:
The decedent, Phyllis L. Brooks, whose last known address was 1905 Canterbury Lane, Unit 8, Sun City Center, Florida 33573, died on February 23, 2023.
There is no probate estate.
The decedent was the Settlor of The Rolan E. Brooks and Phyllis L. Brooks Revocable Trust Agreement dated July 16, 2002 (“Trust”).
Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Trust will be forever barred unless presented to the current acting trustee (whose name and address appears below) of the Trust within four (4) months of the date of publication of this notice.
The current acting Trustee is Rolan E. Brooks, whose address is 1905 Canterbury Lane, Unit 8, Sun City Center, Florida 33573.
This notice is published pursuant to MCL 700.7504.
There is no personal representative of the settlor's estate to whom letters of administration have been issued.
Notice is further given that the Trust will be thereafter assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
