NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 15-CA-003106 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Fifth Third Bank, National Association is the Plaintiff and MARK A ARTH; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE ARTH FAMILY TRUST U/T/A DATED OCTOBER 15, 2004; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARK A ARTH; AQEELA SYED-ARTH, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE;; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF AQEELA SYED-ARTH; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendants, that Cindy Stuart, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 5th day of July, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 25 FEET OF LOT 22, THE SOUTH 27.85 FEET OF LOT 23, AND ALL OF LOT 24 AND 25, BLOCK 2, OF THE SOUTHLAND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THERE THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 43, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
