NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 10, 2023, entered in Civil Case No.: 22CA005336 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein NEWREZ LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING, Plaintiff, and CARLOS ALBERTO GONZALEZ SANTANA A/K/A CARLOS ALBER GONZALEZ SANTANA; NORMA RODRIGUEZ GARCIA; NIURVIS LOUIT DURAN; BANKERS INSURANCE COMPANY; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A CHRISTINA PAULETTE, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 19th day of July, 2023, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK 20, OF UNIT 5, SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 14, AND IN DEED BOOK 254 PAGE 90, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
