NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 24th day of May 2023, and entered in Case No. 23-CA-002531, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR LEGACY MORTGAGE ASSET TRUST 2020-GS5 is the Plaintiff and LINDA J. SEJOUR HSBC FINANCE CORPORATION AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION III MV REALTY PBC, LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LINDA J. SEJOUR; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. CINDY STUART as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 27th day of July 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
