NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure of Defendant's Interest in Whiskey City Development, LLC (“Final Judgment of Foreclosure”) dated May 16, 2023, entered in Case No. 06-2910-CI-HSO of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, that the Clerk, Ken Burk, CPA, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the Clerk's Website for online auctions, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on the 19th day of July, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
The membership interest of Anthony Stroud in Whiskey City Development, LLC
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
