NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to a Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on May 1, 2023 in Civil Case No. 16-003395-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE OF STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST J is the Plaintiff, and SHERRY D. PETERSON; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 NKA JOSHUA PETERSON are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on July 12, 2023 at 10:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 34, COQUINA KEY, SECTION 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGE(S) 40 AND 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
