Charles Martin, deceased , Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Victoria Charles, United States of America acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Drew W. Charles, Justin D. Charles, Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, State of Florida, Department of Revenue, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Robert J. Seneca a/k/a Robert Psenicka, deceased, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Edward Charles, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Sheryl Charles, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the July 11, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
