NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered May 23, 2023, in this cause, in the County Court for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Unit 126, of LAKE SEMINOLE RESORT, a Cooperative, according to Exhibit “A” (Plot Plan) and the Master Occupancy Agreement recorded in Official Record Book 6848, at Page 1147 through 1175, of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, in an online sale at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., on July 13, 2023.
IF YOU ARE A SUBORDINATE LIEN HOLDER CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
