NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 24, 2023, and entered in Case No. 2019-CI-006890 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC, is the Plaintiff and JOHN P. KINDIG A/K/A JOHN PAUL KINDIG; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST KATHRYN KINDIG, DECEASED; MELANIE D. KINDIG; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; JOHN ROBERT KINDIG; VICTORIA LEAH WEBSTER F/K/A VICTORIA KINDIG, is/are Defendant(s), Ken Burke, CPA, Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on July 12, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. on the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, SUNSET LAKE MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, PAGE 4 AND 5 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Commonly known as: 1773 Carlisle Street, Clearwater, FL 33755
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
If the sale is set aside, the Purchaser may be entitled to only a return of the sale deposit less any applicable fees and costs and shall have no other recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee or the Mortgagee's attorney.
