NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 2022CA000060 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Wilmington Savings Fund Society, as Trustee of Discovery Mortgage Loan Trust is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Lloyd Neil Steger a/k/a Lloyd Steger, Deceased; The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Lenell Wilson f/k/a Lenell Steger, Deceased; Association of Poinciana Villages, Inc.; Margaret E. Hill a/k/a Margaret Hill; Poinciana Village Eight Association, Inc.; John Wilson; Melissa Wilson are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 25th day of July, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 28, BLOCK 814, POINCIANA, NEIGHBORHOOD 2, VILLAGE 8, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGE(S) 29 THROUGH 43, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK
COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
