NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 22, 2023, and entered in Case No. 2021-CC-1094 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein RIVERWOOD ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and CAROL DINWIDDIE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CAROL DINWIDDIE; UNKNOWN TENANT ONE and UNKNOWN TENANT TWO are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: [x] Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East (3rd Floor, Lobby), the Clerk's street address for auctions, at 11:00 AM, on the 13th day of July, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 9, Riverwood East Unit 4, Phase I, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 56 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
