PEARL MARVINS SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 328, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF THE COUNTY OF MANATEE, THE STATE OF FLORIDA, RUN THENCE NORTH UP SARASOTA ROAD (OLD) 60.00 FEET, THENCE WEST 150.00 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO THE CENTER OF THE DRAIN, THENCE IN A SOUTHWESTERLY DIRECTION DOWN THE CENTER OF THE DRAIN TO A POINT DIRECTLY WEST OF THE POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE EAST 165.00 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; TOGETHER WITH ALL IMPROVEMENTS THEREOF.
