NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 10, 2023 in Civil Case No. 36-2022-CA-002845 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, wherein GUIDANCE RESIDENTIAL, LLC is Plaintiff and RAID AL-KHAWALDEH, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, KEVIN KARNES, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee. realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 19 day of July, 2023 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit No. 203, Building 3400, The Carriage Homes at Bell Tower Park, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4031, Page 981, as amended in Instrument Number 2006000160305, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
