A Petition for Voluntary Termination of Parental Rights has been filed in the Circuit Court for the Sixth Judicial in and for Pinellas County, Florida, 14250 49th Street North, Clearwater, Florida 33762 regarding the minor child, S.B., a female child, born on May 20, 2023, in Tampa, Hillsborough County, Florida. A hearing will be held on the Petition for Voluntary Termination of Parental Rights on August 9, 2023 at 1:30 p.m. before the Honorable Chris M. LaBruzzo at the Pinellas County Justice Center located at 14250 49th Street North, Annex Courtroom A, Clearwater, FL 33762.
This petition seeks to terminate your parental rights to the child. You are required to serve written defenses to the petition to the attorney for the petitioner, Joanne P. Clarie, Esq., at My Florida Adoptions, LLC, 24705 US Highway 19 North, Ste. 306, Clearwater, Florida 33763 on or before August 4, 2023 and to file the original of the written defenses with the Clerk of the Circuit Court, 14250 49th Street North, Clearwater, Florida 33762, either before service or immediately thereafter. Failure to serve and file written defenses as required may result in a judgment or order for the relief demanded, without further notice.
UNDER SECTION 63.089, FLORIDA STATUTES, FAILURE TO TIMELY FILE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE AND PETITION WITH THE COURT AND TO APPEAR AT THIS HEARING CONSTITUES GROUNDS UPON WHICH THE COURT SHALL END ANY PARENTAL RIGHTS YOU MAY HAVE OR ASSERT REGARDING THE MINOR CHILD.
