Cohen, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Sun City Center Community Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the July 17, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
