Begin at a point 25.00 feet West and 270.00 feet South of the NE corner of the SE 1⁄4 of the SW 1⁄4 of Section 10, Township 28 South, Range 22 East, Hillsborough County, Florida, and run West 210.00 feet; South 229.50 feet; East 210.00 feet; and North 229.50 feet to the Point of Beginning.
