NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 21-CA-007419 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NewRez LLC d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing, Plaintiff and Serge Loiseau are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Cindy Stuart, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on October 4, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 30, BLOCK A, CREEKSIDE SUBDIVISION-PHASE 2, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 101, PAGE 300, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
