NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 14, 2023, and entered in Case No. 22-000233-CO of the COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BRAEMOOR VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and LEE PURSGLOVE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LEE PURSGLOVE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are Defendants, Ken Burke as Clerk of said Court, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash:
[ ] www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 27th day of July, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
