You are notified of the institution of this action by QT Homes, LLC, to quiet title to the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
Lot 2 CLEVELAND GROVE BLOCK 6, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 6, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida
and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any to it on Branden M. Henderson, Esq., the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 7650 W. Courtney Campbell Causeway, Suite 1150, Tampa, Florida, 33607, by 28 Days after 1st publication and file the original with the Clerk of this court either before service upon Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter;
Otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
