CITY OF OLDSMAR, FLORIDA INVITATION TO BID 2023-013-ITB: Aquatic Weed and Shoreline Grass Control
The City of Oldsmar is soliciting sealed Bids to furnish all necessary labor, supplies, equipment, materials and incidental items for the Bid project entitled, “2023-013-ITB: Aquatic Weed and Shoreline Grass Control”, which will be received at the City of Oldsmar Procurement Office, (2nd Floor), 100 State Street West, Oldsmar, Florida 34677-3655, until 2:00 PM, local time, on Tuesday, July 25, 2023, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read in the City Hall 2nd Floor Conference Room. There is no pre-bid meeting planned for this bid. Bid documents, including specifications and any available plans and/or drawings, are available at no charge from the City of Oldsmar, Procurement Office, 100 State Street West, Oldsmar, Florida 34677-3655 or online at www.MyOldsmar.com on Friday, June 30, 2023. Questions regarding this bid should be submitted in writing to Kathryn Farrelly, Senior Procurement Analyst, at [email protected]. All questions must be submitted by 5:00 PM local time on Wednesday, July 12, 2023.

Sealed bids shall be in an envelope bearing the Bid Submittal Label provided in the Bid document and submitted on proposal forms as provided in Section V (or exact copies thereof). The City requires that a MARKED ORIGINAL and TWO (2) paper copies and ONE (1) pdf format electronic copy of the bid proposal forms be submitted for review. The City of Oldsmar reserves the right to waive any informality or to accept or reject any or all bids in part or in total. The successful bidder will, within ten (10) days after the acceptance of proposal, enter into a contract with the City of Oldsmar for the services proposed to be performed.
