NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 20, 2023 entered in Civil Case No. 18-007824-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST V-D, is Plaintiff and ARIC A. FITZ A/K/A ARIC FITZ; et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock a.m. on September 19, 2023 on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 16, NORTH PARK RIDGE FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE(S) 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
