NOTICE IS GIVEN that, pursuant to an Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 28th day of February, 2023, and pursuant to that Consent and Stipulation of Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure without Hearing dated April 23, 2019, in Case No. 18-CA-000118, of the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, in which SUZIN AGUIRRE, a single woman, and KNOWN AND UNKNOWN TENANTS / OWNERS are the Defendants, will sell to the highest and best bidder in an online sale at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, in Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, April 3, 2023 the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
Lot 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33 and 34, Block F, of RIVERSIDE PARK, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page(s) 94, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
Commonly known as: 7929 Hillman Avenue, Punta Gorda, FL 33982
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
