NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated February 21, 2023 and entered in Case No. 2022CA000091000000 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, whereby BE A MAN BUY LAND, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, is the Plaintiff and JEVON JAMAL LAWSON JARVIS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEVON JAMAL LAWSON JARVIS, TAKIYAH SALIHAH TYRELL, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TAKIYAH SALIHAH TYRELL, AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are the Defendants. Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on March 28, 2023, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:

TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
