THE BEARINGS GIVEN IN THIS DESCRIPTION ARE BASED ON THE ASSUMPTION THAT THE NORTH LINE OF SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 23 EAST, AS SHOWN ON THE OFFICIAL PLAT OF MULBERRY HEIGHTS, FILED FOR RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 26, IS A DUE EAST LINE.
