Lot 1 Block 15 INDIAN LAKES ESTATES UNIT 15, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 40, Page 48, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida and The South 200.00 feet of the North 398.00 feet of the West 273.00 feet of the East 813.00 feet of Section 8, Township 26 South, Range 26 East. Less and except the West 33 feet thereof for road right-of-way. a.k.a. Tract number 34 of Unit C of the unrecorded plat of Groveland Ranch Acres Tax Parcel Number: 26-26-08-000000-011190 and The South 132.00 feet of the North 264.00 feet of the East ½ of the NE ¼ of the NE'¼ of SE ¼ lying and being in Section 8, Township 26 South, Range 26 East, Polk County, Florida less road R/W. a.k.a. Tract A-17 of the unrecorded plat of Orlando Pines. Tax Parcel Number: 26-26-08-000000-021250
has been filed against you and you are required to file your written defenses, if any, with the Clerk of the above Court and to serve a copy within thirty (30) days after the first publication of the Notice of Action upon Vestalia Aylsworth, Esq., Plaintiffs attorney, whose address is 12307 SW 143rd Ln, Miami, FL 33186-6026 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiffs attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
