LOT 8 AND 9, BLOCK 11 OF WILLIS PLAT OF MEMPHIS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 168, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
