independent special district organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Florida,

TO: THE STATE OF FLORIDA THROUGH THE STATE ATTORNEY FOR THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, AND THE TAXPAYERS, PROPERTY OWNERS AND CITIZENS OF THE WATERLEFE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT INCLUDING NON-RESIDENTS OWNING PROPERTY OR SUBJECT TO TAXATION THEREIN, AND ALL OTHERS HAVING OR CLAIMING ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN PROPERTY TO BE AFFECTED BY THE ISSUANCE OF THE BONDS DESCRIBED HEREIN, OR TO BE AFFECTED IN ANY WAY THEREBY:
The Waterlefe Community Development District (the “District”) having filed a Complaint for Validation of the District's authority to issue its not to exceed $6,000,000 Waterlefe Community Development District Bonds, in one or more series (the “Bonds”) to finance the design, acquisition and/or construction of certain public capital improvements and community facilities including, but not limited to, improvements for the golf course facilities owned by the District, and it appearing in and from said Complaint and the Exhibits attached thereto that the District has adopted a resolution authorizing issuance of the Bonds (the “Bond Resolution”), it also appearing that all of the facts required by Chapter 75 of the Florida Statutes to be stated by said Complaint are contained therein, and that the District pray that this Court issue an order as directed by said Chapter 75, and the Court being fully advised in the premises:
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the State of Florida, through the State Attorney for the Twelfth Judicial Circuit of the State of Florida, and the taxpayers, property owners and citizens of the District including non-residents owning property or subject to taxation therein, and all others having or claiming any right, title or interest in property to be affected by the issuance of the Bonds described herein, or to be affected in any way thereby, appear at 10:00 a.m. on the 27th day of March, 2023 before Judge Charles Sniffen via the meeting instructions below and show cause, if any there be, why the prayers of the Complaint for Validation should not be granted and why the District's authority to issue the Bonds in the aggregate principal amount of not to exceed $6,000,000, in one or more series, bearing interest not exceeding the maximum interest rates permitted by law and maturing on such date or dates in such year or years as permitted by Florida law, the proceedings authorizing issuance of the Bonds including the Bond Resolution, the sources of security pledged to the payment of the Bonds and why the legality of all proceedings in connection therewith should not be validated and confirmed as prayed therein.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this Notice and Order to Show Cause be published in the manner required by Section 75.06, Florida Statutes.
AND IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that, by such publication of this Order, all taxpayers, property owners and citizens of the District including non-residents owning property or subject to taxation therein, and all others having or claiming any right, title or interest in property to be affected by the issuance of the Bonds herein described or to be affected in any way thereby, be and they are made parties defendant to this proceeding, and that this Court shall have jurisdiction of them to the same extent as if named as defendants in said Complaint and personally served with process in this cause.
