YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Plaintiff, JACARANDA WEST HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION #1, INC., has filed an action against you in the County Court for Sarasota County to foreclose a claim of lien for assessments related to certain real property located and situated in Sarasota County, Florida, and described as follows:
Lot 33259 of VENICE GARDENS UNIT 33, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 22, Page(s) 36, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
This action is titled JACARANDA WEST HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION #1, INC., v. TROY ROBERT JORDAN, et al., Case Number: 22-CC-002307. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Danielle M. Lutyk, Esq., of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP., the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 101 East Kennedy Boulevard, Suite 2800, Tampa, Florida 33602, on or before thirty (30) days after the date of first publication of this Notice of Action, which will be published by Business Observer, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
