NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 2016 CA 004395 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, Successor Trustee to Bank of America, N.A. as Successor to LaSalle Bank, N.A. as Trustee, for Merrill Lynch First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-3 is the Plaintiff and Virginia C. Hyman; Unknown Spouse of Virginia C. Hyman are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 09:00 AM on the 25th day of April, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 16, UNIT 5 SOUTH GATE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT 8, PAGE 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
