YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, PARKRIDGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Unit 17-101, Phase 17 of PARKRIDGE CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Instrument Number 2004046838, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida. With the following street address: 3473 Parkridge Circle, #17-101, Sarasota, Florida, 34243
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Stephan C. Nikoloff, Esquire, of Greenberg, Nikoloff P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in the Business Observer, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
