YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title on the following real property in Collier County, Florida:
THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LAND, SITUATE, LYING, AND BEING IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO WIT:
Lots 1 and 2, Block 10, of EDEN PARK, First Addition, a Sub-division located at Immokalee, Collier County, Florida; as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 4, at Page 70 of the Public Records Collier County, Florida. All Oil, Gas and Mineral Rights are reserved by prior owners of Public Record, and specifically are not conveved herewith.
