Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the County Court of Lee County, Kevin C. Karnes, Lee County Clerk of the Court, will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
Lot 350, Lazy Days Mobile Village, Unit Two, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 1011, Page 1851 of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida. Together with 1979 Home Mobile Home Title # 15730472, ID # 0365224AM and Title# 15730473, ID# 0365224BM.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, via the internet at, ww.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 22nd day of March 2023.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
